Arevik, the talented cake artist behind The Pink Cooker, and her husband Franco celebrated their London wedding with timeless elegance in the heart of Mayfair. The day began in the couple’s beautiful Knightsbridge home, where Arevik got ready with her mum and grandmother. In a touching Armenian tradition, they sang a heartfelt song as she dressed for her special day.
The intimate ceremony took place in the courtyard of Dartmouth House, a hidden gem in Mayfair, adorned with an abundance of romantic flowers. Surrounded by their closest loved ones, Arevik and Franco exchanged vows in a setting that felt both elegant and personal.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a drinks reception in the courtyard before moving indoors for dinner, heartfelt speeches, and dancing. True to Arevik’s signature style, pink featured heavily in the day’s décor, complemented by a stunning colour palette of white, pastel blue, lilac, and peach.
Arevik was radiant in her custom Philippa Lepley gown, crafted from heavy-weight Italian duchess satin and draped by hand in the designer’s Chelsea atelier. The dress was the perfect choice for such a chic and stylish bride.
Every detail of the day reflected the couple’s warmth and thoughtfulness, making it an absolute joy to capture. I’m so grateful to have worked with such kind and appreciative clients and to have been part of this unforgettable celebration of love.
