It was such an honor photographing the extraordinary celebrity wedding of former England footballer Jermain Defoe and Donna Tierney at the luxurious Cliveden House. This three-day celebration was nothing short of spectacular, with every detail meticulously curated to create a magical experience for the couple and their 360 guests, including family, friends, and football stars.

Donna looked radiant in her bespoke gown featuring intricate lace sleeves, a design that took eight months to complete. As guests arrived, they were greeted by towering urns brimming with pink roses, lush blooms, and English greenery, creating a vibrant and elegant welcome. Once indoors, a theatrical staircase design captivated everyone. Cascading floral garlands, rich in texture and color, draped over the historic wooden staircase, softening the masculine architecture and setting the tone for the grandeur to follow.

The outdoor terrace ceremony was simply breathtaking. A massive floral wall featuring the bride’s favorite lilac flowers served as the focal point, flanked by meadows of blooms lining the mirrored silver aisle. 
Donna made her grand entrance down the mirrored aisle, accompanied by her father, with her grandfather’s favorite song, What a Wonderful World, performed by a live gospel —a deeply emotional moment for everyone.

The event was a visual masterpiece. The transformation of the glass orangery marquee for the evening was a showstopper. Giant floral chandeliers hung from the ornate structure, while large asymmetrical arrangements and floral trees adorned the tables, showcasing thousands of pink roses and fresh blooms. A long central dining table featured a luxurious floral runner, paired with curated glassware and flatware, embodying elegance and sophistication.

The evening's entertainment included a live band, flamethrowers, and a dazzling light show that illuminated the grounds, keeping guests in awe. Among the attendees were Tottenham assistant first-team coach Ledley King, ex-West Ham player turned TalkSport pundit Carlton Cole and former Manchester City winger Shaun Wright-Phillips.

This celebrity wedding was an absolute dream to capture.
